tells me to create an account to purchase the item i wanted only to be told i have to purchase an item previously to purchase the said item after creating my account, go to purchase something else witch was well over priced anyway only to not have any stock, a total mess about and absolutely useless as a shop and they are very misleading.

Happy with my purchases! Never had acrylic cases before but they’re good quality and came with a cloth too. Also arrived quickly after dispatch, thank you :)

I’ve placed 3 orders with this store so far, and unfortunately 2 of the Pokémon products arrived with torn/damaged plastic wrapping. It’s very disappointing, especially when you’re buying sealed products for a collection. My first order was fine, but having issues with 2 out of 3 orders makes me question the care taken when handling and packing the products.

We often buy Pokemon TCG from The Toy Planet and the service is always excellent! Good pricing, especially the ETBs with the protective cases. All items are packaged well and shipped very quickly. My latest order even had a few free gifts in the box. They are also easy to contact and the customer service is unbeatable. We live quite close by and an order was even hand delivered to our door on one occasion!

Had an issue with an order but the toy planet managed to refund me, did have a long wait however they have rectified the problem today. The other order which had no issues was perfect and had no problems, thank you Toy Planet.

I called to enquire about a switch as I was unsure if was a genuine UK version and hadn't heard of the site before so was a little apprehensive. All of my questions were immediately answered and my mind was put to rest when the phone call was followed up with a video on WhatsApp so that I could see what I would be purchasing. I ordered straight away and the switch arrived within a fee days as promised. I couldn't fault the customer service that I received and am so grateful that this independent shop has made a christmas wish come true! One very satisfied customer.

Scummy owners, will rip you off with any chance they get! Sell faulty products and instead of trying to fix the problem just shut shop and ignore you!!

The Toy Planet is a treasure trove of days gone by and more modern stuff. I visited today and the staff and the owner are very friendly and Knowledgeable. I will definitely visit again. Well worth a visit. Recommended.
