Ordered the pro warm underfloor heating mat at a size too large for the space intended. Matt has not been used. Rang customer service who were not helpful in trying to resolve the issue. Refused to entertain exchanging for a smaller size due to being 2 weeks outside of 30 day return period. Would not recommend to others as not all renovations are achieved within the 30 day return period. Other companies are able to adapt to this based on the industry. Would have still ordered the replacement via this company but have now decided not to out of principle and the individual’s lack of empathy.

Ordering was very straightforward and delivery prompt on the next working day. Friendly advice from Lateef also over the phone and email was much appreciated.

I gave three stars as the service up to speaking to Jamie Downes was poor but after speaking to Jamie my order was sorted in minutes not hours. 5 star for Jamie but 3 for the company

Michael was extremely helpful and patient in instructing me with my thermostat operation and sending me a user manual.

My builder had a supplier he used for underfloor heating, but materials could not be sourced 3 days before Good Friday. Lateef Idris - Showroom Manager, quickly reviewed and beat the sales quote and arranged prompt next day delivery. He arranged the heating schematic and sent this to my builder. This experience was excellent from start to finish. Amazing, Thanks so much. Rob & Georgia

really poor quality XPS boards and other products, they sent polystrene board instead xps and all other bits also not quality so please dont buy and waste time, after all they didnt refund money too

I ordered my underfloor heating and came to collect. Arrived at 0800 when it is due to open. Waited till 0900 for the dopey rude and unapologetic person to shuffle in and he could not have been more unhelpful and rude if he tried. Disgusting service.

Having ordered some items which were delivered very quickly, but unfortunately were damaged in transit, the replacement of them was easy and the new items arrived better packed and intact

Very disappointing experience with this underfloor heating company. My order arrived with a missing item, and after calling customer service, I was assured it would be delivered the next day. Unfortunately, it never arrived as promised.

I had to call again, only to deal with a customer service manager, Julie, who was not helpful at all and showed little interest in resolving the issue.

Overall, poor service, lack of reliability, and frustrating communication. I would strongly advise others to avoid this company at all costs.
