Ordered several records from The Vinyl Store. They arrived quickly and packaged well. A cover on one of the records was damaged so I sent a photo to The Vinyl Store who acknowledged the email immediately and replaced the record at no cost. Excellent service and would use again.

Normally I buy from Amazon, because of how easy shipping usually is, but I searched google and the vinyl store kept popping up first. I made an order expecting to receive the records in about two weeks. Three days later all my records came and they were packed beautifully. No dings and super fast. Now I don’t expect anything quickly, especially when Australia post is involved, but the fact that the vinyl store went to the effort to fulfil the order quickly is impressive. Pretty sure this is where I’ll continue to buy my records moving forward. Great company.

Such an amazing company! Ordered a record on Tuesday with expected delivery the following week. Showed up two days later, extremely well packaged and in perfect condition. A seamless and easy experience from start to finish. I will be back!!

Very good experiences so far - vinyl reasonably priced and the shipping package used is very sturdy so that, to date, all records have arrived without dings or seam splits.

The records are packed with care and durability for Courier the only thing I would say if the Delivery Courier would not leave them out in the Sun as I live Nth Qld and it gets stinking hot and twice they have left the records flat on my Doorstep in the heat. Any way that could be passed on to the Courier company

Because I hadn't thought/planned ahead enough, I made two last minute purchases on the weekend before Xmas - emailed them on the Monday to see if there was any chance they could ship them together, and do it as express post. Received a reply in less than an hour actioning my request - received the records on Wednesday being Xmas eve (and I live regionally, not in the city).

Absolutely unacceptable customer service. I have been trying to contact this business for weeks through every available channel: multiple emails, their online enquiry form, Instagram, and other platforms, and I have not received a single response.

I understand that it’s a busy period around Christmas, but that does not excuse completely ignoring customers. All I was trying to do was organise a simple exchange for an unopened item or at least get an answer about a return or refund. The total lack of communication is beyond frustrating.

If something goes wrong with your order, don’t expect any support. Based on this experience, I would not recommend purchasing from this store.

Edit - the response from the business speaks for itself. No acknowledgment of anything I’ve mentioned besides that the returns policy is on their website, which states “any claims for refunds need to be made within 14 days of receipt of delivery”. A bit contradicting if you don’t even take the time to respond back. Honestly pathetic
