Restored my faith in online purchasing

Restored my faith in online purchasing. I has recently had to cancel my card due to being defrauded online so was super vigilant checking reviews etc but when I ordered I was still cynical. Proved wrong is an understatement . Not only was the watch fabulous with a warranty as thick as a Bible and delivered on tracked service but the owner emailed me to check I had it and was happy with it and to tell me how to get my extended warranty or return if I was unhappy. Next level customer service never buying a watch anywhere else 😍

Very professional service

Very professional service, very competively priced against other watch sellers, arrived quickly, packaged very well, son loves is watch, very pleased with the watch cabin and will buy myself one in the near future from them

Watch Purchase

Excellent service from watch cabin from purchase to delivery 24hrs ,gets no better,over the moon with the watch ,would recommend watch cabin and would definitely use again

Great service

After being let down by another supplier I ordered the watch for my husbands birthday. Good communications via email and watch arrived 4 working days after ordering it. No complaints very good service.

Received a watch one day later than…

Received a watch one day later than expected. Arrived faulty. Waiting for refund now which will no doubt take time to come through. Disappointed

I'm sorry to hear that you received your item late.
I can see that your order was placed on Cyber Monday and due to the large volumes of orders we received, it was delayed by one day. I can only apologise for this and can assure you that it's not typical of the service we offer.

Each item is manually checked before it's dispatched, so its very unusual for our customers to receive a faulty watch. However, I will contact our fulfilment centre to ensure that the checks are being correctly implemented.

Furthermore, I have also contacted our refunds department to help expedite your refund.

Thanks for your feedback, and we will use this to improve ourselves in the future.
Once again, I'm sorry that our high customer service standards were not met on this occasion.

Value for money but poor dispatch times and poor customer service

Value for money and prices of the watch I brought was a very good and cheaper then others, how ever when purchasing the watch online there was a count down timer to buy within 5mins for a next day delivery how ever It had taken 3days for it to be processed and delivered, when called to find out what was happening the adviser couldn’t give me any information and only said it was going to be shipped today. I expressed I wasn’t happy but was unwilling to look into why It wasn’t sent the next day. Rated poor for customer service and being misled with delivery times and not kept updated about the watch being delayed.

I'm sorry to hear that you were not happy with our customer service.
It's our absolute priority to offer you a great shopping experience and I will do my best to address your concerns.

I can see that your order was placed on 30th Nov, just before our cut off. Your item should have been processed that day, however I can see that it wasn't dispatched until the next working day.

I have chased this up with our fulfilment centre and they have stated that they were unable to fulfil your order on time, due to the large volume of orders we received on Black Friday. I can assure you that this is not typical of the service we offer, and I'm very sorry that we were unable to send your item in time. Moving forward, we shall be making plans to ensure all our orders are fulfilled during Black Friday next year.

I can see that you are a previous customer with us and we really appreciate your trust in us. I shall be sending you a gift voucher as a goodwill gesture.
