The Watch Source Opiniões

Helpful staff, always answered my emails quickly and my watch arrived in Dubai in good time, overall a good experience and I would shop with them again.

Great service was really happy with my purchase and saved £200 compared to high st price . Delighted

Company we're really easy to deal with. Excellent delivery of watch. Very happy with my purchase.

Excellent service and watch was exactly as expected. Would definitely buy again from you

Very responsive and helpful customer engagement. Delighted with purchase.

The purchase was easy and product as expected but disappointed official warranty card has been removed which makes total product package incomplete - I called to request card be forwarded after the guaranteed 2 year warranty period expires and trust this will be honoured - I can see no good reason why this practice is administered in the first instance and recommend it desists

Great price. Delivery as promised.

Really helpful in speeding up delivery as I had ordered the watch as a wedding present for my new husband! Great customer service

I was a bit nervous so paid on a credit card, have to say, was totally unjustified as the watch source was nothing short of fabulous! Have no concerns at all, great comms, great service, product perfect - thanks guys!

Awesome. Watch turned up and they redirected it to my home address for Saturday free of charge. great service and wouldn't hesitate to buy again

Fast reaction of customer service, best price, rapid delivery, everything is great !

They did everything they said they would do, timely and keeping me informed at every stage.

Just bought my second watch through watchsource. Great service and brilliant price. I would recommend.

Tom and the team at Watch Source were very good to deal with. Whilst I chose not to keep the watch that I ordered from them, they gave me a full refund with no hassle. Would buy from them again.

The Watch was ordered as a birthday present. The Watch had a 14-28 day delivery and the birthday was 30 days from the order placement date. Delivery was received 44 days and it missed the Birthday for which it was purchased. This after chasing The Watch Source for three weeks.

Communication was only provided when chased and in general the service was not a great experience but the price was good. Overall I would purchase from The Watch Source again but not if the delivery reliability of the Watch was important.

I purchased from the watch source after reading good reviews and made the right choice.good service fast delivery great saving on the rrp and a beautiful watch.

They were extremely helpful for ensuring my watch got delievered to me before I headed overseas for my wedding (as it was my husbands wedding gift!). with a few days to spare! I can not rate them high enough!

The watch I wanted but with a substantial saving over high street prices. It was not in stock but arrived within the delivery time given. No issues what so ever, kept informed throughout. Thought it might turn out to be too good to be true but everything was perfect.
