Order may or may not arrive
I ordered and paid for some dumbells 4 weeks ago and still have not received them. The website did mention a potential delay of a few days to dispatch, but it took about two weeks to dispatch. Once the product was apparently dispatched, the freight tracking has not update to show the location for over one week. The expected delivery date was over one week ago. Despite contacting the freight company and wodlife twice, wodlife keeps on just saying “there are delays, we can’t do anything”. The freight company still hasn’t bothered to track down the item.
This is my second time ordering with wodlife, the first time most of the order never arrived and I had to request a refund after a few weeks. I am beginning to suspect these guys actually don’t have stock or otherwise have very poor stock management systems.
This has been probably my most frustrating online shopping experience.

Forgot to send products
I purchased a squat rack package. They took 2 weeks to send it. In the terms it states 2-5 business days. Once I received my items. There was no squat rack. Kind of an integral part in a squat rack pack! I contacted them. The package was still for sale on their website.
Once they replied the package was removed from sale on the website. And what do you know … I’m told there are no squat racks for 4 months!
I was offered a refund of my squat rack + postage I paid for the full package. Wow how generous … NO. I still need to purchase a squat rack + pay postage! I did nothing wrong, except purposely choose what I thought was a reputable company. Im now massively impacted due to there stuff ups. Yet I’m offered no compensations
