I bought this case 5 months ago. This case has come unglued. This is clearly poor material. I’ve had cheap cases I’ve bought from
China last longer than 5 months. Do not waste your money and shop elsewhere for something sturdy. I reached out to them and they said they only guarantee their work for three months. Wow, is all I can say!!!
Their reply says I got their cheapest case which was what 20$ and it’s only guaranteed to last 3 months? I can get a cheap case at five below for $5 that has lasted me longer than this case. Exactly my point you sell sub par quality products and u want me to buy another case at 50 percent off so that I have to buy one 3 months and a day later. Like I said don’t spend your money on cheap products or companies who don’t value or respect their customers! Buy anywhere But here and do yourself a favor!!! Your ads to purchase the Disney series
Doesn’t say this is your cheapest case btw so admittedly customer beware and don’t buy the Disney cases which are their “cheapest cases!”
My business will not be missed…funny thing is that each and everyone of your customers should matter to you. Your comment not only
Shows your indifference towards your customers but your unprofessionalism in responding to an opinion. Clearly not everyone will like your products especially when they are cheap, but you can always be professional in your response and this type of response clearly shows your lack of professionalism and I would hope customers take that into consideration before handing over their hard earned money over to a rude and low quality company such as yours. Hopefully, you learn to treat your customers either dignity, respect and realize that making quality products as well as having good customer service is key to a successful company. I’m sure you won’t miss my hard earned $20 but if hard working people like me purchase products with their hard earned money, I would Hope that they would spend those dollars on a company who has values and treats their customers with respect..clearly not your company.
