The jigsaw arrived when expected - in fact a little earlier than expected. I emailed you because I thought you had sent a wrong jigsaw only to discover that by chance at exactly the same time my daughter had bought me a jigsaw as a surprise. You then emailed me to see that all was well - which it was!

The puzzle selection is very up-to-date, and the prices are fair. The service is reliable, and shipping to mainland Europe is also quick and secure. It's just a pity that the customs fees for importing into the European mainland are so expensive. Otherwise, I would order even more often.

I was going to buy this product from Amazon, but when I checked The Yorkshire Jigsaw Store website, I found that they had the same poduct for sale at the same price, but if you dont have Prime they were charging more for postage. it seems to me that Amazon are appering to keep prices low but are bumping up the cost of postage to make more profit. This order had been robustly packaged and was delivere by Royal Mail on time. Inthis instace a smaller British company did better than Amazon. I would prefer to buy from them every time.

A great selection of puzzles at reasonable prices.

This was my first buy from Yorkshire Jigsaws. I had a nice chat with a very helpful young lady who took my order on the phone. My 4 puzzles were delivered promptly and well packed. First class service.

A swift response to my order, the jigsaw board was expertly wrapped. The board is of a good quality, sturdy and easy to assemble.The only downside was that there was an extremely short delivery notification on the day at 6.30am and delivered shortly after 7am.!!

I had an urge to get off the internet and decided to start doing jigsaws, but first I wanted a portable board for building them on. Google brought up the usual suspects but scrolling down I found The Yorkshire Jigsaw Store so had a look. I was pleased their site had a 'proper' phone number and street address, so I had a look. I found exactly what I wanted for a board and also a couple of 1000 piece puzzles, though choosing them wasn't easy as they have such a huge collection!
I received my order less than 24 hours after submitting it and was very impressed.
