Very easy and nice to deal with
Very easy and nice to deal with.
Good rates of loans found and offered, only complaint was the fee they wanted to charge for finding the loan. A quick complaint and they halved the amount which made it much more palatable so I then went forward with the loan.

Good communication. Good rate achieved and above that which I feel could have been achieved without a broker. Richard Brett in particular has been pivotal in getting this deal over the line.

Fast and professional
William Evans was extremely helpful from start to finish and made the whole process very quick and easy. There was a 5% admin fee to pay once the loan was agreed but this was made clear upfront. Would definitely recommend.

As an Arsenal fan, I couldn’t help but feel a sense of excitement when I saw the name "Thierry Henry" on the mail ID of the representative from Think. I’ll admit, I had high expectations, but Thierry truly lived up to the name!

£10,000 UPFRONT ADMIN FEE?!
They charge a UPFRONT 5% admin fee capped at £10,000! Keep in mind this is alongside a lender fee as well and they try “sell” you on why it’s justified.
Shopped around and other brokers charge zero upfront fees and got better terms and rates. Don’t bother.
What a joke, avoid at all costs. Staying anonymous so they don’t bother me again.
