William was extremely clear at all stages of the enquiry. He listened to what the I was looking for and asked relevant questions. He then sourced products to suit and gave me the information on the pros and cons of costs . Everything was very clearly explained - all of which I was given time to consider.

Amazing customer service
Rhys was my point of contact for securing a business loan to progress my business. He made the process very straight forward and also very easy to go through the process. Albeit my business being in early stages, he was able to find me a lender to suit my needs. I wouldn't hesitate in using Rhys and think business loans for any future business loans. Super Quick decision making
The speed and efficiently of both Rhys Williams the Lending Manager and Betty Collins in the operations Dept at Think Business Loans, application for a loan for my company was made on the Thursday afternoon, and the following Tuesday Morning everything done, loan agreed signed and delivered.

We dealt with a gentleman called Thierry Henry and there was no problem from start to finish. It was such a smooth process and could not recommend enough. Thierry was there from start to finish and any queries I had he answered straight away.

A good broker with a genuine wish to help our business
