I had a big issue on my account…
I had a big issue on my account regarding bill that was taken out and it was a lot of money. Went back and fourth numerous times with contact team. No resolution until I came to three Accrington and colleague Shahid Javed resolved everything instantly. I am ever so grateful such a fantastic person so understanding.

Excellent experience
Kamran was great, sorted me right out thank you!! Both members of staff were extremely professional, answered all my questions efficiently, explained what all the paperwork was for, provided the best deals on offer & checked that all the equipment was complete.
