I upgraded my contract a few updated weeks ago…
I upgraded my contract a few weeks ago and did a trade in. The trade in value was adjusted and we accepted the offer. But instead of the money being paid out the old device was returned. On following up I was told to book the phone in at the store.
However at the store they were not able to help me.
I was provided with a number but that did not work.
I. Am so frustrated and this has taken so much time and being sent all over the place.
I contacted the three support line and they could or would not assist me. They advised me to contact the recycle team again. Which I did and they were not helpful either.
I contacted the support team via Live chat again and they say to contact Ingram. I am hugely disappointed.
I had at least three lines with three for around 10 years. And after this I will move all my lines as soon as possible

As we're unable to access account details on this channel, we'd recommend reaching out to our Support Team via chat at https://bit.ly/3C43TKN, available Monday to Friday 8am to 10pm and weekends 9am to 8pm. Let them know you've already visited a store and followed the guidance provided. They'll be able to review the trade-in journey, check the status of the assessment, and help make sure your concerns are looked into further.
