I had the pleasure of meeting Lewis, today, customer advisor at Basildon branch. He was most helpful, patient and knowledgeable. 5 star service. Great discovery meeting. If only we had more of Lewis in stores it would be great. Thank you.

Repairs for phone
Went down to the Basildon branch has i had a problem with both me an my wife phones..Lewis an Emma was the assistants working that day.they was both absolutely fantastic from the moment we got into shop so helpful and explained everything we needed to know .they talked us through everything wot was happening. Very very impressed by them both 👏 excellent,service
