Great customer service
Went in store today to get a new SIM contract deal and was sad to find out the promotion I wanted was available only for new customers.
Faced with my initial disappointment, Hannah and Hansen went the extra mile to ensure I left with the best possible deal. I was satisfied with the alternative and can attest to their absolute stellar customer service. Hannah and Hansen proved that discussing these matters in person is a much improved experience, and one I will always choose over the alternative of online dealings.

Adam from the Three store in Bath has…
Adam from the Three store in Bath has been excellent today and very patient sorting out the on-going issues I had.
I called the Three online customer service yesterday and i was very disappointed of their service so I decided to visit the store instead.
And Adam listened and very knowledgeable. He even managed to give me a much better deal .
I couldn't thank him enough , I Hope Adam will get recognition of the wonderful service he gave to me. I have a business myself and I know the importance of great customer service.

Liam super understanding and helpful
My son set up a sim only contract for me and liam was more then helpful getting my pac code from Lebara and transferring my number to three, highly recommend helpful and knowledgeable

Liam and Hannah was absolutely amazing, I had random dodgy apps popping up on my phone and between the both of them they solved my issue quickly!! I can't fault three the staff are always helpful everytime thank you Liam and hannah

Liam was really helpful. Had a broken old handset and he got me quotes for an upgrade, set everything up in store for me and answered my hundreds of questions!
