Great customer service
I was assisted by a lovely young lady by the name Deeps. She was very approachable and friendly she was very persistent in helping me in my issue as i was very stressed. Deeps gave me options for different packages etc. I was very much at ease. Everything is now sorted and I am pleased. I would also like to add that the Store Manager Mark was very pleasant and welcoming. I would gladly shop at their store again.

Clean Tidy Comfortable Shop. ............The assistant who served me was able to…
The assistant who served me was able to look for the right deal for me. He explained how I should set the phone up. Another assistant assisted when I asked if someone could put the protective screen on my new phone.
The store had AC which made me feel comfortable as it was a very hot day.
I would definitely recommend my friends and family to this 3 store the service was ten out of ten.

Resolution At Last
After being messed around and being given misinformation for more than six months by Threecustomer service and for other stores; Laiba, from the One Stop store in Birmingham was able to help sort out my account. She was calm and patient, explained exactly what needed to happen, and helped me achieve it.
If I ever have an issue with Three again, I will only visit this site, and hopefully, have the privilege of being cared for by Laiba again.

I've been going to three store Perry Barr for quite a few years now the staff have always been helpful and today my upgrade was due Kevin was quick and efficient in helping me and also showed me the tablet offer so decided to to treat myself and Kevin had time to set this up for me too
