Had a fantastic experience in our local 3 shop. Cade was very patient and talked us through every step of the way. Also he stayed an hour later to make sure we were happy with our new purchases and answered all our questions to satisfaction.

I rely heavily on it for work and I can now finally get back on the job, he even sorted out my satnav and gave me a wifi package to get me back up and running! I couldnt recommend the carmarthen branch and Cade enough. Would give more stars if I could

We had a perfect visit to the Carmarthen store today. We were looked after by India to start and handed over to Daniel. Both members of staff were welcoming, friendly and very knowledgeable. Daniel took me through the options in a very easy to understand with out any pressure to make a decision. I was very happy with our visit today. Thank you

A huge thank you to Cade at the Three store in Carmarthen who has yet again gone above and beyond to help me. I had a complex and difficult issue related to me account which has taken a month to rectify. However on the three different times I have needed to visit the store he has dealt demonstrated empathy and the upmost professionalism. Thank you Cade for really exceptional cystomer service.
