Superb service from Karen…
Karen in the Chelmsford branch gave me great advice and explained everything clearly. I was very impressed by her efforts to provide me with exactly the solution that best suited me.
The manager Ken has also been excellent in the past in dealing with any queries

I'm not technical at all
I'm not technical at all, especially when it comes to phones.
The staff were really helpful & even helped me set up my new phone. To which I was very grateful.

Excellent staff
I went in with my grandmother to help her change to three. The staff were incredibly polite and helpful, particularly Ken, Dawn, and Rhiannon.
