Excellent customer service
Went into the Covent Garden store for direct support relating to a long-standing query with the customer service call team.
Grace provided excellent customer service.
Grace was focussed on resolving the query and negotiated with the customer service call team of an alternative way to resolve the query. Grace was friendly, engaging & empathic - provided regular updates - main query was resolved and she arranged for customer service to follow up with me.
Have been to this store before & find the service to be of the same high standard.

The staff at this store are beyond…
The staff at this store are beyond helpful. I am not very good with technology and needed some help understanding and swapping my phone number. I came in on two occasions for assistance and was helped by Shkair, Yasmin, and Jo. Wonderful patient staff who didn’t make me or my dad feel at all silly for not understanding how it all worked! They helped me to transfer my number so that I could stay with Three.

Zayd the Star. As many stars as I could give!!!
I was served by a handsome young gentleman called Zayd. He solved my problem I've been to many stores with really easily, explained everything in detail and made me feel valued as a customer at Three again. It had been really frustrating for not getting my problem solved but he did it just like that. He is a true gem!!!! Much appreciated kind sir.
