Phone upgrade
Becks was amazing. My husband & I decided to upgrade our phones. I was a customer of 02 but moved over to three. She was amazing. So helpful.

Three mobile contract but no service
I have a mobile contract with Three but as I do a lot of work overseas I don’t use it very often. But when I do it is the worst network in the world. I arrived at London Gatwick and no service and “ Connecting “ “Waiting for network “ after 10 calls to customer service in India and zero progress. I went to Three shop in Horsham to find it has closed. I caught Train to Crawley and was told by Three staff member I would have show passport to verify identity. What is the future for us as humans

We're disappointed to hear about your experience, especially the frustration of having no service upon arriving at Gatwick and the lack of resolution from our support team.
We understand your frustration in the Crawley store; asking for photo ID, such as a passport, is a standard security measure our colleagues must take to verify identity and protect your account.
