My experience was great because of the exceptional customer service. The staff member at the Ealing Broadway Stor was polite, welcoming, and genuinely attentive. Her friendly attitude, constant smile,and strong product knowledge made the interaction feel comfortable and efficient She took the time to understand my needs and provided helpful, clear guidance without making me feel rushed.
The company is doing well investing in well-trained staff who prioritize custumer satisfaction. The store environment felt positive and approachable.,and the employee demonstrated professionalism, patience,and expertise. Hi visited twice for sim activation Sana helped me twice as sim replacment was not strainght forward from my account she connected me to customer service arranged a sim delivery and i got it and again walk in for activation sl now its working so i am happy.
