Urveesha was excellent with me today in Edgware branch she took her time never rushed and assisted me with the best way to manage my 6 accounts and also saved me money.

I had a great experience being served by Ashley and Kimberley. They were both extremely professional, approachable, and knowledgeable throughout my visit. They took the time to carefully listen to my queries and made sure everything was clearly explained, which I really appreciated.
They also showed me a new phone and walked me through its features in a way that was easy to understand, without any pressure. Their patience and friendly attitude made the whole experience smooth and enjoyable.
