Contract Update
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
Absolutely fantastic customer service from Siaysha from start to finish. I’m currently upgrading my contract with Three, and the member of staff who helped me was brilliant throughout the whole process.
They genuinely went above and beyond to make sure everything was sorted, taking the time to explain things clearly and making the whole experience incredibly easy and stress-free. Nothing seemed like too much trouble, and I really felt like they cared about getting everything right for me rather than simply going through the motions.
It’s not often you receive this level of customer service these days, so I wanted to make sure it was recognised. A real credit to Three and a genuinely excellent customer experience.
Highly recommended — an easy five stars from me! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
