Joel needs a medal
My phone got some viruses on it and I contacted 3 and the operator advised me to visit my local store which is in Harlow and when I arrived I was met by a staff member named Joel who was an absolute superstar and sat with me and spent his time completely fixing my phone and putting my mind at rest that you again joel👍
