Excellent service at Hereford branch
The store assistant manager Richard at the Hereford store has been really helpful with ensuring I chose the right handset to suit my needs. Richard checked the plan I was on and helped me with transferring my data and apps to the new handset. Always choose this branch for my phone needs, excellent service as always

I came in the shop really worried about the bills I did not understand all the charges.
Claudia managed to sit me down and go through all my enquiries and also explained each question very clearly.
I have understood everything. Therefore everything has been sorted the right way
She was excellent. It took us 2 hours and she took so much time with me and was so patient

Claudia was fantastic
Claudia was fantastic. She wrote out full instructions for my Mum on how to make calls and send texts on a simply operated phone that she had found for us. She gave several clear demonstrations and watched my Mum use the phone to help her to learn as much as possible how to use it. She seemed to have unlimited time for us. We are extremely grateful. She had a very caring approach, helping an older person.

As already a customer with three for quite some time it was about time that I invested into getting Wi-Fi I've looked around and they come up the reasonable price compete with box so claudia who served me was very polite very helpful so I went ahead and done a deal
