The woman that served me ( Grayson i think) was absolutely tremendous. I’m an anxious person by nature- even more so when dealing with tech purchases- and had a really bad experience previously so was feeling really worried I wouldn't be able to get it sorted. She was calm , professional and super super efficient. She listened and responded to exactly what I needed. At a push Id say the experience was a joy 😁 honestly if there is a staff recognition award this woman deserves it. I have been with three 20 years and was about to leave but she’s restored my faith! Thank you !!

Aiden was really fantastic! He talked me through the different options available.
Didn't try to to pressure me to buy something that I didn't want.
I went to 3 other phone shops and the customer service I received, as well as the price was the beat at three here today.
I wasn't expecting it to be such an easy and enjoyable experience.

I would like to share my thoughts today about a lady working at the Three store in Leamington Spa. She is highly experienced and treats customers with an exceptionally pleasant and professional demeanor; she truly helped me start my day on a wonderful note. Her name is Aarushi, and I am very grateful to her. Three should be proud to have such an excellent, organized, friendly, and meticulous employee. Brilliant help from staff
So I was really struggling to understand the differences in the contracts when first setting up my phone and I had a lovely worker help me every step of the way named Bea. Who helped get it all sorted and working with no hassle. Her kind attitude and well spoken step by step made it easier to set my phone up. I would highly recommend this store!
