James fixes my issues every time I come in.
Hi I went into three today to pay my bill I spoke to James we had a love and this and a bit of a banter with each other and with Harvey as well every time I go in there I like the lads they are friendly and they're like to have a laugh and joke and I do as well it's nice to have a banter with them and we're talking to him about Harvey and his and his rabbit and he didn't know nothing about the movie and the famous actor who played it so I had to explain to him so now he knows but all in all all the people I go in there they're always friendly and if we have a problem they'll sort it fear which Harvey has done twice for me and they're a friendly lot of people that's why I like going in there once a month and give them hell because I like to give him a band bit of a bantering and they love it and I love it they're good lads highly recommend going into the shop even it's just for the bantering as well it's you got to have a good sense of humor that's it.

I went into store today and spoke to Reece. I had an issue with my apps not updating. He helped me set up an apple account to rectify this issue and was very polite and helpful

You wouldn't get this level of service on line.
Face to face is so much better and easier to deal with.
