Lewis was very, very helpful regarding setting up my roaming charges and new 24 month contract and setting up a new contract for my wife.
Nothing was too much trouble.

I am a regular customer, visiting once a month to renew a pay-as-you-go data SIM. The staff are always friendly and deal with me efficiently, whilst enaging in conversation to make me feel welcome. They understand my needs well and don't try to hard sell their products and services, but they point out changes and new options which might be of intetest to me.
