Gary and Matthew were very pleasant ,helpful and knowledgeable. I had rung technical support at 3 with no sense made rung your Pontypridd store advised to bring new router down . Gary sorted it out in 2 minutes wish I hadn't bothered to ring and just go to these 2 . They are absolutely fantastic and you should be proud they work for you

Very good customer services
Having purchased a new phone from the 3 shop in Pontypridd. I needed some help in transferring my old phone to the new one and Connar kindly did the whole procedure for me. He was extremely helpful and make it look so easy and I am so thankful for this wonderful customer service. 10/10 😊

5* customer service!
Walked in to the Pontypridd store today, very apprehensive as I’ve not had the best experiences in the past but I was so pleasantly surprised by the service provided by Matthew in particular but also Tom.
Matthew made me feel instantly at ease, explained everything in a way I could understand with zero judgement and without being patronising.
Both him and Tom couldn’t do enough to help with my issue, they were kind and gave me all the time necessary without making me feel rushed.
Thank you both so so much for your help and advice today. It was greatly appreciated!!
