Sam at the Solihull store is amazing!
Sam at the Solihull store made the experience great. I had upgraded online and not got what I wanted. I then spoke to customer services on the phone who made it worse.
Sam sorted out the whole mess really easily and got me a better deal. She was polite, friendly and efficient. She really knows her stuff, cares about the customer experience and is a real professional.
