Rizwana provided excellent customer service while helping me switch my SIM provider and arrange my new broadband. She was knowledgeable, experienced, friendly, and proactive throughout. She took the time to explain all the available options, answered every question clearly, and helped me find the best package for my needs. Slow connection, signal dropping off
wanted to leave after 9 days of contract it said i have to pay 125£,for what . Where is my right to leave after 14 days free of charge. They hide even the fact i have to pay vat on top of the bill.do not recommend to anyone
