Mike was brilliant
Mike was brilliant! He sorted out 2 fake apps which I'd inadvertently downloaded.
Also he tidied up all the apps and streamlined everything.

Just wanted to say a huge thank you to the young gent that helped my dad cancel a Sim that we had no details of other than from the bank - he went above and beyond. My dad has been unable to resolve this himself and it was excellent customer service. Thank you
