I had a wonderful experience. Rianna (the customer supervisor) was absolutely amazing; she was friendly, patient, and very knowledgeable. She took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all of our questions, and made sure we found the best option for our needs. She made the whole experience smooth and stress-free. A big thank you as well to the manager, Nick, for running such a welcoming and professional team. It's clear that customer service is a priority at this branch. Aidan was extremely helpful, talking me through the new phone. He was pleasant, encouraging and explained the changes necessary. On my return, he checked that everything had transferred properly, and showed me some easy ways to access info I use regularly. He is an asset to the company!

Nick was outstanding
