Ryan listened to my needs checked again after we had discussed the points that mattered to me, and highlighted features to meet my needs .He was very easy to talk to his expertise and calm friendly personality made the experience enjoyable and put me at ease throughout the exchange. I would like to point out that I am a seventy one year old lady with limited tech knowledge.
