Been to the 3 store after an issue with my network. Remi was very helpful in explaining the issue and also sorting me with an upgrade. Also thought I'd been hacked but she sorted that too. She was great 10/10 service much better than the call centre. Thank you Remi very happy

Came into the store and was immediately greeted by John who did his very best to help me but unfortunately was unable to. He was incredibly helpful and gave 5star customer service! Thanks to John I will remain a three customer!

Remi is the best
Remi is the best! One of the best customer service i ever got. Very smooth process to get a broadband. I had some issues with address but she fixed it right away! Definitely recommend it to everyone

If I can give a 0 star
If I can give a 0 star, you give them access to your account. And all they do is allow third party to start deducting your money without your knowledge for things you didn’t subscribe to . They gave access to a gaming company to my account to remove money over a period of 3 months without my knowledge. My bill kept going up and when I called three customer care , all they said was I need to contact the company .
