Piège à touristes. Je suis passé par une plate-forme de location ( Hola car rentals ) pour bénéficier de toutes les assurances nécessaires sans être embêté à devoir en souscrire une fois arrivé au comptoir Triffty. Sur place Triffty Los Angeles la personne très accueillante me cerfifie que tout était donc compris dans le forfait souscrit auprès de Holà, me demande ma carte bancaire pour la caution et me fait signer sur un petit écran sans vraiment pouvoir lire exactement le texte, surtout après 24h de voyage. Bref j'ai donc signé quelques assurances ou prestations supplémentaires 387 euros qui on été déduit dès le retour du véhicule.
A fuir un vrai piège à touristes

Absolute con artists. I'd paid in full for a car rental through Planet Rental who stated on their website that other than extras and maybe a refundable deposit there were no other charges. Arrived at LAX to be told we couldn't have the car unless we paid $800 in charges and then they had the audacity to give us a smaller car than we had paid for because we didn't "take the upgraded car" they wanted us to pay ANOTHER $800 for. I will never again use Thrifty or Planet Rental again. Shame I have to give them 1 star.
