Never did I think this day would come…

Never did I think this day would come to give 1 star to TD, it’s a sad day.

I have been chasing TD for weeks for an item that has not matched the quality expected.

I literally hate leaving bad feedback but I have no choice as had zero response from TD.

Such a shame as they have so much to offer but just not customer service.

I Love this company

I Love this company… they have a customer for life . I have several of Thrudark’s products and the quality is amazing.. I highly recommend thrudark to anyone . their customer service is also excellent

Poor customer service

I have reviewed before, I have given 5 stars for the products, but customer service is shocking. The online return process is great as I've recently returned an item, but trying to a response from any of the team is shocking.

Outstanding service from start to…

Outstanding service from start to finish. I was hooked after my first order, and four more followed. Exceptional build quality, fast international shipping, and a wide but practical product selection. Clearly a brand that takes both its gear and customers seriously
