Terrible Experience – Avoid at All Costs

Just like so many others have reported, this company promises refunds for cancelled or postponed events, but never follows through. Even after submitting the “official” refund form, nothing happens. They completely ignore all attempts at communication — no replies, no updates, nothing.

It feels like their strategy is to delay until people give up, so they can pocket the money.

Do NOT give up.
I strongly recommend contacting your bank to initiate a chargeback or similar dispute — it’s often the only way to get your money back.

Same as all the other reviews; they say they'll refund you when an event is cancelled or postponed and then - even after you complete an 'official' form - absolutely nothing happens.
They completely ignore any attempt at communication. Presumably just hoping that people will give up and they get to pocket the money.

Contact your bank and get refunded via 'Chargeback' (or something similar) AND spread the word about this terrible company that SHOULD be forced out of business

Avoid this company - similarly to other posts, I have booked a ticket for the Merengazo in London (which was later cancelled and postponed to July).

I have completed the refund form and emailed the company several times with no response.

Avoid this company at all cost!

I bought tickets with them for a concert in Barcelona. They first sent an e-mail announcing it will be postponed and later sent another confirming the cancelation and that refunds would be available from April 21st. They don't answer your emails, they don't answer your messages on Instagram, they don't answer on WhatsApp and their customer service line is never available.

Scam Experience – No Refund, No Response

I bought a ticket through Ticketmas for the Meregazo event in London scheduled for the 20th of March. The event was later postponed, and Ticketmas sent out a refund form, which I filled out promptly. Since then, I have not received any refund.

I’ve contacted their customer support multiple times, and I haven’t heard back once. No updates, no confirmation. This has been a frustrating and disappointing experience.

At this point, I will be raising the issue with my bank to try to recover the money. I do not recommend using this platform.

The organizer cancelled the event, Ticketmas confirmed they would refund me the money but it's been 2 months and I'm still waiting for the money. They stopped answering my emails and now no one picks up the phone.
