We did not enjoy the Pirates of…

We did not enjoy the Pirates of Penzance. It was very amateur. We did not like that there were only 5 actors doing all the roles. We love Gilbert & Sullivan shows and this one was completely ruined for us. We left at interval. We will probably not attend any other shows at this theatre.

To the Ticketmaster Customer Service Manager,
I would like to take a moment to commend one of your customer service representatives, Kendrick. P, for the outstanding support he recently provided.
Throughout our interaction, Kendrick was incredibly helpful, compassionate, and understanding. He took the time to listen carefully to my concerns and ensured that I felt heard and supported every step of the way. His patience, professionalism, and genuine willingness to assist made what could have been a stressful situation much easier to navigate.
Kendrick went above and beyond to provide excellent customer service, demonstrating both empathy and a strong commitment to helping customers. His positive attitude and dedication reflect very highly on Ticketmaster, and I believe his efforts deserve recognition.
Please pass on my sincere thanks and appreciation to Kendrick. Employees like him make a significant difference to the customer experience, and I am very grateful for the assistance he provided.

Wonderful service received helping swap tickets

The whole ticket purchasing process was so easy to attend Pirates of Penzance and the show was amazingly funny
I had a problem of not being able to attend our Moulin Rouge date so spoke to an incredibly understanding and friendly person at Star City and she assisted in swapping the tickets to another session and made the process so easy THANK YOU SO MUCH as I had previously sent a message online and after almost a week had not received and response

worst support team ever

worst support team ever. i send a email they didnt reply. the worst part is i send a dm from insta and they didnt do anything i was like talking with a wall. if you cannot doing anything why you are working. i didnt get any code from my phone number i tried another valid numbers too and i get zero code??? your page is not working and im telling this to you, you are only telling me i cant do anything??? wtf im giving my number its a valid number im using it and you are saying use a valid number are you joking?? im so angry. im saying your email support team doesnt replying help me. you are saying i cant do anything be patience HOW İ AM GONNA BE PATIENCE İ HAVE 30 min to buy a ticket AND İ TRİED ALL DAY TO REACH SOMEONE HELP. worst experience

Ticket refund

When getting a refund for I ticket I didn’t need any more. They were very helpful with getting me my refund. The staff who helped me were very friendly and helpful.

The venue (Palais St Kilda) was…

The venue (Palais St Kilda) was beautiful but our view wasn’t great. We were lower level and although only row L, we couldn’t see Carl Baron well and the TV screen was obscured by the tier above us. It truly affected the enjoyment of the show as he is quite visual with his comedy. I think it would help to know at time of purchase, that the screen won’t be visible from that seat location, and/or the venue perhaps could lower the screen, and/or reduce the ticket price.

The reminder emails close to event with ticket link were great by Ticketmaster.

The Experience

As it is you selling the tickets for an experience, it is not just booking the tickets that counts. I was unable to transfer the tickets to my wallet for some reason. The game went well but the cost of buying a small drink during the experience at $16 is outrageous.

The show was great

The show was great! Nestled in a small theatre was a production of extraordinary quality and charm! Great casting, singing, acting, dancing and funny! Could not fault one thing! I highly recommend the show, you won’t be disappointed😀❤️🌻

Less than zero stars

Less than zero stars. This is literally the worst service experience I have ever had. It’s a shameful and wholly ridiculous state that a ticketing agent cannot actually do the job of being an agent. If you have a choice get your ticket somewhere else. 8 days of constant lobbying for a 5 minute request for help. I feel desperately sorry for the people who have to work for these narcissists.
