Fantastic service
Having looked around the whole of internet for the best deals to Bangladesh, I was directed to ticketstobangladesh. Upon which one of their agent which I spoke with Kabir, was very helpful from start to finish. He Gave me the best package that suited my needs. Went out of his way to clarify and confirm my itinerary in detail. Would highly recommend. Thank you again for easing my experience and saving me ££££

Got a very good price with 40kg check-in baggage.Thanks to Tickets to Bangladesh. Easy to book online with them. Customer service was very helpful. Hopefully, in future will buy tickets with them But Emirate service wasn't very good.

I am sorry that you feel that the after sales service was poor. Unfortunately you have not specified why this was. Could you perhaps provide some more information on this so that I can investigate and get back to you?
Having looked at your booking, I can see that there was a re-routing of your itinerary and naturally for any such situations we have to charge whatever the fee is according to the airline fare rules. Is this the cause of your complaint?

Second time I used the company to buy a airline tickets. They gave me very good price for my visit on April 2017 compare to other agent's. But they are not always cheap you just have to compare with other companies.

Dear Salim,
Further to my previous reply, I have been able to identify your booking and can see that you booked the wrong dates when you made the initial booking. You were then quoted for the date change as per the airline's fare rules and were unhappy with this.
Regrettably we have no choice but to go by the fare rules for the type of ticket purchased, otherwise we are liable to the airline to pay the difference. Obviously if we have made a mistake, we would pay this, however, in this instance the mistake was on the customer side.
