I ordered Clorox wipes 4/9 from TC knowing they were on backorder with expected shipment date of 5/1. On 5/9 I reached out to the company for an order status. My order is still on back order with no known shipment date. So now they don't know when they will get wipes in but they knew back in April? June 1st still no wipes. Call company and on back order until July. So they've had my money for two months and not produced any product or given me updates on my order. I totally get wipes are hard to come by but TC should not be charging anyone for a product they don't have in stock (even though they lead you to believe they do). I would be cautious ordering anything from TC even though their website makes you think they have products in stock, they really don't. My two cents.

Tiger Chef gave order date on order I placed on April 2nd. It said ship date May 28th. Then I contact them on May 4,2020 and they say now June 1st. That sad thing is orders for same item I place a month later state June 1st. This is just shady business and never order from them. They lie and give false answers. NEVER BUY FROM!

Just want to share my experience that I got from here. I love this shopping site, very affordable prices and quality was just amendable! Would highly recommend this website to everyone.

I ordered large melamine chargers and nowhere on the description on their website did it say they were not food-safe. They were heavy so I paid a lot for shipping but when I opened them it was clearly marked on the bottom of each plate "not food safe". I called them to say I would not have ordered them if I had known and should not have to pay another large shipping fee to return them. They were very rude and told me that "everyone knows chargers aren't food safe". I pointed them to the Crate and Barrel website where all chargers are clearly described as food safe or non food-safe and they still would not split the shipping fee with me. In reality they should have refunded the first shipping fee but I did not even ask for that. I do not think they acted professionally or appropriately in this matter and would not order from them again.

I didn't expect shipping to Canada to be so smooth. My plates arrived quickly and the price was great. I will be back again.

They tried to scam me by requesting a check or wire transfer to process my order. I had already used PayPal when I placed order. No way I would send a check to them with my bank account info. I smelled a fraud on their behalf when they sent me an email stating they needed a wire transfer or check.

Had a horrible experience with Tiger Chef...1st they have one of the most expensive shipping cost...but they gave me a small discount so i decided to give them a try. Bad mistake, when i got the box if was so poorly packed and broken..it was so bad i was surprised my items didnt come damage. Please be aware they do not provide a packing slip. I notice they sent me a partial shipment, contacted them asking the status of remaining items, promise it would be shipped immediately..it was not..only upside they return the money i spend for the item they didnt delivery...will never order from them again.

I WOULD NEVER EVER RECOMEND THIS COMPANY TO NO ONE EVEN IF YOUR STUFF IS ON SALE FOR $1.00. I KNEW SOMETHING WAS FISHY, WHEN I NEVER RECEIVED MY TRACKING INFORMATION....YOU SEND A PART OF THE ORDER & TELLING ME THE OTHER MERCHANDISE IS GONNA CONE IN THE MAIL THE NEXT DAY WHICH DIDN'T MAKE SENSE. A REPRESENTATIVE HAD THE NERVE TO TELL ME TO CONE PICK IT UP!!!!👎🏾🤔🙄😡

I requested a shipping quote to Canada and 5 full business days have gone by and still no answer. I can't say anything good so far about how they run their business and treat their customers. 99% of online merchants can provide a shipping quote on the spot. This is embarrassing to say the least.
