This is the second TigerSecu DVR I had. First one lasted well over 10 years and stopped recording. Got a newer hybrid model and had many issues trying to figure it out and upgrade the firmware. After many emails over the course of a week May and Ian got the firmware upgraded on it, and helped clarify a few things about what it can and can't do. It's now operational and next is fine tuning it.

I bought a home with an existing Tigersecu DVR and 4 cameras. I had several problems figuring out the system and getting it running properly. I ended up needing two new power adapters and some help with configuration. The support team member I worked with (May) was outstanding! I chose to communicate via email and her responses and directions were very clear and accurate. This is a good company with highly trained staff. Many thanks.

I have been a Tiger customer for well. I'd say roughly 25, maybe 30 years. I've had nothing but great experiences. A great company with a good background in customer support. Their warranty is far supreme to anyone. They repaired my machine at no cost. What company does that Tiger Secure. I have referred and sent many people to their doorstep because I trust them. And they are trustworthy.

Excellent products and customer service! I've purchased two DVR boxes and just had my first technical error 5 years later. Support helped me get back up in no time (thank you May!). Turns out I just needed to update the firmware.

Ordered a 16 channel DVR with a factory installed 4TB HDD and a 2 year warranty. After one year the HDD failed. Manufacturer would not honor the warranty and claimed the factory installed HDD only has a year warranty. Had to involve Amazon to settle the deceptive advertising on their website that offers a two year warranty with no exceptions stated. Update: The Amazon Warranty Support Team has reviewed all the documentation/evidence provided and supports my position. Amazon will refund the full purchase price. It appears, after the purchase was made, the seller decided to exclude certain factory furnished and installed internal components from the two year warranty advertised without reflecting this in their product advertising.
