Stylish Designs & Superb Customer Service
Over the course of 2 years, I ordered approximately 50 tile samples from TileBar for a home we were building. I found inspiration in TileBar’s wide range of design options and ordered all of the tile from them for our new home. And, what I most appreciated was that when one tile in a family was discontinued, staff assisted in finding adequate supply of a similar tile.

Fantastic selection, expert advice and great packaging/delivery
I ordered a lot (too many) samples. After months of planning and indecision, I narrowed it down to a few options. I scheduled an appointment at the New York showroom. Michelle M. was FANTASTIC! What I thought would look best, maybe not so much! She recommended a different tile and colorway and it is perfect!!! The tile was held until we were ready for delivery. Nothing was damaged. Even the driver was super friendly. Tile install starts in a week. Can't wait. Highly recommend TileBar

Delivered as promised
This place was the only tile store that carried a distressed edge tile in the color/sizes I was looking for.The sales rep was helpful over the phone and everything that was promised, they delivered. Tile is installed and I LOVE it. Thanks to evyone at The Tile Bar!

very nice to be able to get samples for only $1. wish more companies did this. easy to order and arrived promptly. great job tilebar. however, all tiles were broken as though something heavy was dropped on then after packing. not a problem since they were samples and i could still get an idea of what they would look like.but a little concerned that other tiles might arrive damaged???

Broken Tile
Our tile was delivered all broken into unusable pieces, reported and reshipped. The replacement tile was also delivered broken in unusable pieces. The Tile Bar promptly responded and we received a refund. Our bathroom project remains unfinished.

Delivery experience not great
TileBar customer service was good. Delivery company not great and broke some tiles when they finally delivered the boxes. TileBar ships quickly but delivery company didn't deliver on time and didn't communicate well.
