The samples that I received were all broken so had to bin them as soon as I got them .

Quality tiles
The 2 sample tiles I ordered came as promised and both are lovely tiles, although the samples are quite small. Quality seems to be excellent.

Brilliant colour range
Brilliant colour range. The instructions were comprehensive. We followed these instructions and the finished job looks great. Packing was good and delivery was when you said it would be . Delivery driver excellent.

Competitive pricing / quick delivery
The tiles look great down and reasonably priced but had issues with chips on several tiles from some of the boxes. Delivery communication could be better but was quick.

Ordered my items over the holidays…
Ordered my items over the holidays which had a delayed effect. Contacted friendly customer service for an update and my delivery and they arranged drop off for the next day. Well pleased.
