We purchased 4 white tile samples from Tiles Direct. They were all had unique names and product codes yet we were sent four of the same tile. After chatting with a couple of team members we were told we'd get a refund. We then ordered 2 more tiles at further cost only to be sent one completely wrong sample that was incorrectly labeled. We got a replacement for that tile proving the customer service team were able to respond when they wanted but the refund we were promised was never provided and our emails (out of principle) were completely ignored. Given our overwhelmingly awful experience we're extremely glad not to have placed a significant order with this company.

There was phone and email support. When our smallish order of heavy tiles arrived with some corners cracked, the company arranged to send us replacements when we showed photos, and also allowed us to pay for a few more and sent with same shipment, saving carriage (which is always expensive with tiles). All tiles arrived within predicted times. So quite impressed, despite the corner breakages.

Only wanted a couple of tiles to repair damage caused by rewiring. They reduced the normal delivery charge substantially for this small order. Well done.

efficient service

Well brought some mini metro tiles white not white more cream and not crackle as advertised on the main page. Sent email got one response back from Abu to say did I get a sample. Helpful NOT. Sent another email NO RESPONSE BACK

I queried the huge delivery charge for one box of tiles. Very prompt reply by email then an excellent, helpful phone call with Abu who sorted that out for me very professionally.

Ordered twice sample of tile both times got a totally different tile to what I ordered

I ordered a tile sample which was sent very quickly. I then wanted a small number of the tiles and after contacting them the correct well-wrapped quantity was quickly dispatched for a nominal fee. Safely received, very pleased with the whole interaction.

I had a few tiles that arrived broken, but the company handled it brilliantly. They responded straight away and replaced the damaged tiles very quickly with no hassle at all. Excellent customer service from beginning to end and great communication throughout. Thanks to Asim and Abu. Highly recommend!

Great communication from start to finish always came back to me , ordered at the weekend received on the Wednesday day before tiler, kept updated with the delivery also , tiles are amazing saved by buying online , they look amazing so happy with them would highly recommend this company

Useless, uninteresting, unbothered. All cheap tiles that don’t last and damage very easily. Buy at your own risk.
