I ordered these language translating earbuds and never received them. I haven't been able to talk to anyone about this, so I'm leaving a review so that others don't fall for this scam too.
This company sends you different items then what you pay for and then gives you the run around when it comes to refunding your money. Ive been waiting since August for my refund. Filing a complaint now with the BBB and my bank.
I'm careful buying stuff online. The website looked legitimate & the site was rated legit when I did an online search. So I ordered 2 fragrances - AQA Vanilla & AQA Cream duo. After 16 days, it arrived - with different brand names & different product names. I emailed them & they said they changed the packaging & 'the composition and efficacy of the product are the same', and asked me to try it. Well, they were in plastic bottles with a dodgy transparent label with only the brand name & product name is on it - no ingredients, no manufacturer listed, no volume listed. They do not smell like vanilla or cream. Sillage lasted all of 10 minutes & smell gone. They offered me USD$6 in compensation. I paid USD $47.97! I requested a full refund, they offered me $6 USD. I requested a refund again, they said they will send it & I should receive it within 7 business days. I never received a refund. I lodged a dispute resolution with PayPal & they refunded me on the spot. Obviously they know this company sells counterfeit products. The product advertised is no longer on their website.
Avoid them at all costs.
