Above and beyond

After being left hugely disappointed by two other online retailers who took my money but then failed to deliver, I called Tinney’s Toys to double check that the ‘in stock’ item shown on their website was in fact available. The gentleman who answered the call went out of his way to reassure me, he went and located the item I needed in their store and, having listened to how desperate I was to get the only toy on my son’s birthday list, did everything he possibly could to make sure he got it too. As I’d already been let down twice and the birthday date was now super close, he explained the shipping times to the UK would get it to me in just a few days but then offered to personally deliver the item to the local depot that same afternoon to ensure it would get to me in the shortest possible timeframe. It took just 3 days to arrive, packaged with care and has honestly restored my faith in good people. What a credit to the company. Thank you so much!

Wonderful experience

Wonderful experience. I rang looking for a spare part which wasn't available on your website. The person who answered the phone organised for the part to be ordered and I had it delivered within the week

Edit: item now delivered. The reason for the duff review was that I was asked to fill in Trustpilot before the part was received - maybe you should delay asking for a review until after parts are actually received??

As your order was only placed late on Thursday night it would not of been processed until Friday. Our delivery timeframe to the UK is 2-10 days so I would expect your delivery to arrive any day now.
