The best ever picture of me. I am 72 years old. This gives me new ideas on make up and a new hair style. I really need this as I became a widow last year after my husbands sudden heart attack. Mach 1 looks great!
The first iteration of my picture looked good, but I asked for a small modification. It was made within a minute or 2, exactly what I asked for. It took me a few days, but I finally pulled the trigger on the purchase. It wasn’t inexpensive, but I am very happy with the finished product, It looks fantastic, glad I bought it!

TinySnaps has been one of the worst…
TinySnaps has been one of the worst photo services I’ve ever used, and I feel completely let down by their overall business practices. Not only did they double charge me without any clear explanation, but resolving that problem turned into a stressful, time‑consuming ordeal.
The website is confusing, poorly designed, and absolutely not user‑friendly when it comes to managing your account. Finding how to cancel or change a subscription feels almost impossible: options are buried, wording is unclear, and the whole process seems deliberately complicated. It should be simple to cancel, but instead you’re forced to click through multiple pages, second‑guess every step, and hope you’ve actually stopped future charges.
When I reached out to customer service about the double billing and the difficulty cancelling, things got even worse. The representative was dismissive, argumentative, and more interested in debating than fixing the issue. Rather than owning up to the mistake and helping me, they pushed the blame onto me, acted like I didn’t understand their system, and made me feel like I was at fault for questioning charges that clearly shouldn’t have been there.
Overall, TinySnaps comes across as a company that prioritizes squeezing extra money out of customers over providing honest, straightforward service. Between the unexpected double charges, the unfriendly and confusing website, and the rude, confrontational support team, I would strongly warn others to stay away. There are plenty of other photo services out there that are transparent, easy to use, and actually respect their customers when something goes wrong.

The finished product is not the picture I sent them
The picture they sent me is really awesome except it is not the picture I sent them to paint. I sent them a picture of a 67 Firebird the one I got back is a 68 Firebird, which doesn’t resemble my car. I’ve complained about it but they just say oh it’s my fault. This company is terrible. Beware if you’re gonna spend your money with them they won’t back it up if it’s wrong.

We would, however, like to clarify a few important points for anyone reading your review. Your order was placed as an 8" × 10" vertical canvas print, and throughout the ordering process - including the final preview before purchase - the portrait was clearly displayed in that vertical orientation and with the final intended for printing image. The artwork was produced exactly as approved.
Regarding the portrait itself, every TinySnap artwork is created specifically from the customer's uploaded photo. We do not use pre-made images from a library or substitute someone else's portrait. Your uploaded photograph was the foundation for the artwork you received.
Even as a gesture of goodwill, we applied for you a 10% discount to make your initial order cheaper.
We always strive to treat our customers fairly, which is why this review is particularly disappointing to us. We respect that artistic preferences can differ, but we also feel it's important that the facts surrounding the order are accurately represented.
