A good and knowledgeable company
Responded very quickly to my request for a system Ring alarm check. The service engineer was friendly and knowledgeable, he took the trouble to explain how to check the health of the full alarm system. Would highly recommend this company.

This company is completely unreliable
This company is completely unreliable. We accepted their quote to replace an obsolete alarm system, but have given up trying to get them to actually install the system. After several attempts to schedule the work we finally confirmed a date and time, but they never showed up, and did not even bother to call. When asked about this, the rep, a guy named Quinten said that someone had deleted his calendar and they lost the work order. Since then we have had more equally thin excuses. We have now gone to another supplier. I suggest you do the same.

Quick and efficient service
Quick and efficient service. Called me back the same day after I made an online enquiry. Paul came to fit my bracket and was friendly, tidy and very competent. Fitting took about 1 hour which was much quicker than I thought. Would definitely recommend the service to others.

Shocking customer service
Shocking customer service . I waited in on 4 occasions for an engineer to visit to refit a censor that has fallen off cutting out the signal to my system.
No one turned up and when I finally got through to someone the company said they no longer have an engineer working in my area.
What am I supposed to do now to get this issue fixed as no other alarm companies will touch it. I’m mid 80s so need a solution .

Don't change your plans to accommodate this company - they won't bother you by turning up to multiple pre-arranged appointments, and will just waste your time causing elevation of your stress and anxiety levels beyond acceptable limits. Try anyone else instead

Bought a new home, originally had satellite enquiry and then found out they specialise in home security so got a quote for alarm and cameras to. came back next day after installing my dish and now I don't need to look else where for securing My home.
