Excellent Customer Service in The Hague and Zoetermeer
I fell in love but didn't immediately buy a luggage in TK Maxx The Hague. I returned a week later (18/04/24) but they were gone. I was miserable. I asked a lady staff for assistance. She was very nice and helpful as if trying to console me. I then called TK Maxx Zoetermeer the following morning. The lady staff's so friendly, nice and helpful. She didn't mind checking their stock and even advised me to call again in case they get it in stock. This saved me tram money and travel time if I had to go to Zoetermeer personally to check and be disappointed. It is nice to see a telephone number you can call on the shop's website and you actually get a person on the other end of the line. A lot of retail shops have automated answering machines or the phone number is not working.
