I didn't get time to go into the shop in Manchester when I was visiting so decided to try their online delivery service. I already knew which product I was after and their price was amongst the lowest listed on the net. Ordering online was simple, next day delivery, the product arrived really well wrapped and in perfect condition. Great job guys, I've no hesitation in recommending you, cheers!

The service was first class. It was my first experience of ordering on line, so was quite nervous about the order, as it was a Christmas present. I had emails from them throughout , from receiving the order to dispatch. Received by first class post in three days, including the weekend ! Excellent ! Would certainly order from them again. Thank you.

The website, as the shop, is very attractive but it was a little confusing buying a gift voucher from aboad with someone from accounts asking me to give the bank authorisation code (which had already been given in order for me to make the purxchase ...). the only other criticism is that the currency converter online doesn't seem to function very well whjen you actually buy the gift voucher, the price is given in pounds for the same amount of euros that we'd asked for. Otherwsise, I hope that we won't have any trouble using the gift voucher online. I'm sure that the staff will be helpful.

I was recommended the Germ Drive overdrive pedal by a friend who'd also bought it from ToneWorld. It was out of stock so I filled in a form to be notified when it was available, which I was. I ordered it and it arrived the next day, free delivery.

I wouldn't necessarily ordinarily buy a guitar blind but it was a Martin and therefore quality was assured but what was really good was though I didn't request next day delivery the guitar arrived very soon after I'd ordered it….excellent service...

Took an online punt for an Eric Johnson strat.No need to worry,guitar is brilliant and the guys at Toneworld actually take pride in what they do.I will look at Toneworld first for any other online purchases,great to deal with.
